Shortly after this, (redacted) and (redacted) called me into the office to write me up for not securing a firearm after it was received. I asked why I would be coached about the firearm when I was off that day. (redacted) replied it’s your responsibility for whatever goes wrong back here (unfair). I never in my life felt so low, so worthless. The way I was treated was extremely unprofessional.
More insults from associates: I was called an idiot and a dumb ass by (redacted) the backroom supervisor. I had moved a few boxes around for convenience and this sent him into a rampage. I calmly pulled (redacted) into the office, he quickly replied if you’re going to coach me hurry up I don’t have time for this shit. He went on: and by the way I’ll just delete it later. I was given (redacted)’s username and password. Why? Unsure. I reported (redacted)’s conduct to (redacted), (redacted) and (redacted). Nothing was ever said or done about it. It just made things worse for myself.
From the very start I, as had several other employees before, did not pass their test to be accepted as one of the team in their store. I never was interested in cliques, store politics, dating other employees, playing favorites etc..
More insulting behavior by store management: (redacted) CO would pass messages from them to me. (redacted) told me they wanted to see if a part Hispanic manager could get through to me. (redacted) asked if I was fluent in the English language or if I needed translation. I never understood why she would say such a thing to me. Store manager (redacted) called me into his office and said for me to only reply to (redacted) as Yes Ma’am and never disagree with her for if you ever talk back to her or call her by name he would fire me.
